Apple silicon or Intel?

Open the Apple menu and choose About This Mac. A chip named Apple M1 or later is Apple silicon; a processor named Intel is Intel. The page offers the version for the Mac it is open on, and the other one under it.

Is there a Windows or Linux version?

Both are coming. Until they ship, the desktop app runs on a Mac, and everything you design in the browser opens in it as you left it.

What does the desktop app add?

It runs your app on your computer, so you can try it the way your users will, and it is where you code with Lindi Code or any other coding agent. Designing works the same in the browser and in the app.

Do I need a new account?

No. Sign in with the account you use in the browser, and your files, teams and projects are there.

How does it stay up to date?

It checks for a new version on its own and updates itself. You never download it twice.
